Accepted Payment Methods
Paystack (Debit/Credit Cards, USSD, Bank Transfer, Mobile Money)
Direct Bank Transfer (details provided at checkout or via customer service)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be prepaid before processing.
Payment Security
All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways (Paystack).
EKI Beauty does not store or have access to your card details.
You will receive an instant payment confirmation via email/WhatsApp once your transaction is successful.
Order Processing After Payment
Orders are only processed after successful payment confirmation.
For Local Inventory (Nigeria): Orders are confirmed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment.
For Global Supplier: Orders are confirmed within 24–48 hours and shipped according to supplier timelines.
Refunds & Payment Issues
If payment is made and the product becomes unavailable, a full refund will be issued within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used.

Additional Notes
Customers are responsible for ensuring that billing details are accurate during checkout.
Any fraudulent or suspicious payment activity will lead to immediate cancellation of the order and possible legal action.
