2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

At EKI Beauty, some products are shipped directly from our stocked inventory, while others are delivered from our trusted global suppliers-ensuring safe and reliable delivery to your specified address. This allows us to offer a wide selection of products at competitive prices. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Nigeria & Africa Region: 10–20 business days
United States & Canada: 8–15 business days
United Kingdom & Europe: 8–18 business days
Other International Locations: 10–25 business days

Please Note: Delivery times may vary based on your location, customs clearance, and local delivery services.

3. Shipping Rates

We strive to make delivery fast, reliable, and affordable. Shipping rates vary depending on your location and whether the product is shipped from our local inventory or directly from our global suppliers.

Local Inventory (Nigeria Only)
Products available in our local stock are shipped within Nigeria only at $3.15 within 1-3 business days
Global Supplier Shipping (Nigeria & International)
Products shipped directly from our trusted global suppliers are available for delivery nationwide in Nigeria and Internationally.
We offer both Standard and Express Shipping. These options may be available at an additional cost. These options will be presented at checkout when applicable.
The rate of international orders vary by country and will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout before payment
Offer for free or discounted shipping may apply during promotions or on bulk purchases at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. Please note that tracking information may take up to 5 business days to update.
