Warranty Coverage
Local Inventory Products (Nigeria)
Eligible items (e.g., electronic beauty devices, grooming tools, or accessories) come with a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty covers faults in materials or workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Global Supplier Products (Nigeria & international)
Products shipped from our global suppliers may come with a supplier-backed warranty (where applicable).
Warranty terms and duration vary by supplier and product type. Customers will be informed if a specific product has a supplier warranty before purchase.
Exclusions from Warranty
Skincare, fragrances, and other personal care products (due to hygiene and safety reasons).
Damage caused by improper use, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or accidents.
Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, fading).
Products sold as clearance, final sale, or promotional items.
Warranty Claims Process

Provide proof of purchase, photos/videos of the defect, and your order number.
Inspection & Approval
Our team (or the global supplier, if applicable) will inspect and verify the issue.

Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product defect is due to our error or supplier’s fault.
