Return and Refund Policy
At EKI Beauty, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that your purchases are protected. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for products shipped from our local inventory in Nigeria and from our verified global suppliers.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
➢ The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
➢ The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The return request is made within:
➢ 7 days of receiving your order (Local Inventory – Nigeria).
➢ 14 days of receiving your order (Global Supply).
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned (e.g., skincare, fragrances, and personal care items once opened or used).
Return Process
Contact Us
➢ Send a return request via WhatsApp, email, or through our customer support page.
➢ Provide your order number, clear pictures of the product, and a description of the issue.
Approval & Instructions
➢ Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
➢ For local inventory items, you may need to return the product to our Nigerian address.
➢ For global supplier items, returns may need to be shipped directly to the supplier (instructions will be provided).
Shipping the Return
➢ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
➢ We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
➢ Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
➢ Refunds will be issued via your original payment method (Paystack, bank transfer, etc.).
In cases where only part of the order is returned, refunds will cover the eligible items only (excluding original shipping costs).
Exchanges
If you prefer, you may exchange your returned item for another product of equal value (subject to availability).
➢ Exchanges are processed once the returned item is received and approved.
Non-Returnable Items
➢ Opened or used skincare, cosmetics, and personal care products.
➢ Discounted, clearance, or final-sale items.
Additional Notes
➢ For global supply orders, return and refund timelines may be longer due to international processing.
➢ EKI Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
➢ Always inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately of any issues.
