All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Note: In rare cases, processing may take slightly longer due to high order volume, holidays, or supplier delays. We’ll always keep you updated via email or SMS if your order is delayed.

 

Section 2 – Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

EKI Beauty is a dropshipping store, and our products are shipped directly from our global suppliers to your address. This allows us to offer a wide selection of products at competitive prices. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Nigeria & Africa Region:

ü Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days

United States & Canada:

ü Standard Shipping: 8–15 business days

United Kingdom & Europe:

ü Standard Shipping: 8–18 business days

Other International Locations:

ü Standard Shipping: 10–25 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary based on your location, customs clearance, and local delivery services.

 

Section 3 – Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders unless stated otherwise during promotions or checkout.

In some cases, express shipping options may be available at an additional cost. These options will be presented at checkout (if applicable).

 

Section 4 – Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions to track your package. Tracking information may take up to 5 business days to update.
